Lightly beat the following:
1 egg
2 1/2 cups milk or any non-dairy drink
3 tablespoons oil (canola, coconut, grapeseed, or butter)
Add this wet mixture to 1 1/2 cup Breads From Anna, yeast Free flour.
After the wet and dry are well combined. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan
over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately
1/4 cup for each pancake. When bubbles form flip the pancake over.
Remove from pan when golden brown.
